With a palette rich in teak timbers and meticulous wood detailing, Nobu Lana’i is nestled in the Four Seasons Resort Manele Bay in the Hawaiian Islands. The restaurant renovation, which was inspired by the tranquil forms found in Japanese architecture, easily blurring the lines between interior and exterior as it overlooks the inviting sandy beaches of Manele Bay.

Upon entering the restaurant from the hotel lobby, diners are greeted with an open dining room with lounge seating lining the edge of the open air deck. A full bar invites patrons to enjoy a connection to the main hotel area below. The main dining room is endowed with towering ceilings and artfully designed seating which provide a wonderfully grand yet surprisingly intimate space. The teppan and sushi areas capture secluded moments with their cozy spaces for a more personalized dining experience. Materials include teak and ipe, limestone and bronze, all natural, warm, and welcoming.

Nobu Lana’i offers a unique and luxurious dining experience, allowing guests to bask in a hospitable environment embedded with modern and traditional Japanese details and infused with the comfortable attitude of Hawaiian island culture that one would expect from this breathtaking oceanfront location.
