Job Title: Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:
Draft construction documents and construction administration documents using software like Autodesk AutoCAD for architectural drawings of buildings for residential renovation projects;
Produce 3d renderings using 3d modeling and rendering software like SketchUp and Lumion for 3d renderings for residential renovation and new construction projects;
Generate presentations for client meetings using post production software like Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for hotel new construction and renovation projects;
Produce drawings of building plans and elevations during schematic and design development phases using software like Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit for hotel new construction and renovation projects;
This position supervises the junior staff and 3D team.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Architecture, Design or Interior Design related fields.
1 year of professional experience in hospitality project types, in all phases of design and construction.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Design Suite and 3D rendering tools; Telecommuting is allowed within the US.
